Ingredients:
DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).

Directions:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, unless directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
