Ingredients:
DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate).

Directions:
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
