Ingredients:
DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose & Glycerine), Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin).

Directions:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, unless directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
