Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid, Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose), Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Zinc Citrate Powder, Vitamin D3 Cholecalciferol 100,000IU/g (Acacia Gum, Sucrose, Sunflower Oil, Starch, D3 Oil, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.
Directions:
1 tablet daily or twice weekly or as advised by your doctor. Best taken with main evening meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake or take as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Other:
Long term intake of 50mg of Zinc may lead to anaemia.
