Directions:
Shake well before use.
As a dietary supplement:
For daily maintenance: Children 6 to 12 take 2.5ml daily with 8oz of water.
Adults and children over 12 years old take 5ml, 1 teaspoon daily with 80z of water.
For intensive use: Children ages 6-12 tale 2.5ml twice daily 12 hours apart.
Adults and children over 12 years old take 5ml 1 teaspoon twice daily 12 hours apart.
Other:
Do not exceed 2 doses in 24hours
