Ingredients:
Water, thyme (Thymus vulgaris, Thymus zygis) herb (33%), from organically grown fresh plants.
Directions:
Shake the bottle well before use. Please use the measuring cap provided.
Adults: Take 10ml (= ½ measuring capful) of thyme extract three times daily, pure or diluted in some hot water.
Children: Take 2.5 - 5ml three times daily (can be sweetened with honey).
The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
