Naturally caffeine-free and ethically sourced, 100% organically grown ingredients: Chamomile flower, spearmint leaf (36%), licorice root, lavender flower, hemp (Cannabis sativa) (6%), ashwagandha root (4%).

Directions:
Infuse for up to 15 minutes.
