Ingredients:
Bulking Agents (Brown Rice Flour, Dicalcium Phosphate, Maltodextrin), Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Lactase Enzyme. 
Free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives. 

Directions:
Take three capsules, with a drink, immediately before consuming any lactose-containing food or drink.
