L-Ornithine Hydrochloride, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Cellulose, Anti-caking agents (Magnesium Stearate & Silicon Dioxide).

Directions:
Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with water or fruit juice, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
An amino acid is best taken half an hour before any meal or at bedtime.
