Lamberts Iodine provides a full 150g of iodine in every tablet. Although needed by the body in only tiny amounts, iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and regular thyroid function, as well as normal energy yielding metabolism. Iodine also contributes to normal cognitive and neurological function.

Ingredients:
Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Stearic Acid, Iodine (Potassium Iodine).

Directions:
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
