Healthaid 5-HTP is derived naturally from an African seed griffonia simplicifolia. The body manufactures this amino acid from tryptophan, which is used to make serotonin, an important substance for normal nerve and brain function.

Ingredients:
Mircocrystalline Cellulose, di-Calcium Phosphate, L-5 Hydroxtryptophan (Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract), hydroxy Propyl Methyl cellulose, Veg. Magnesium Stearate, Acacia Gum, Silica.
Directions:
Adults and children over 16 years of age, one to two tablets daily, can be increased to four if required. Maximum of six tablets can be taken a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
