Can be used both as a cosmetic and food supplement to help maintain healthy skin. It is an excellent moisturiser and when massaged into the skin leaves it with a smooth and silky look and feel. Can be used on all skin types including dry and problem skin. As a food supplement, it helps to safeguard the intake of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). In the body GLA is converted into prostaglandins, biological regulators involved in many body processes, that may help maintain cell growth, tissue regeneration and hormonal balance.

Pure Evening Primrose Oil - 1000mg
of which GLA - 100mg

Ingredients:
Pure Evening Primrose Oil (Oenothera biennis) with a minimum content of 10% of the oil as GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid).

Directions:
As a food supplement: Adults and children over 6 years 15 drops (1/2 teaspoon) per day with food.
As a Cosmetic: Massage twice daily into the face and body as required.
